Location: Gaziantep, Turkey
We are currently recruiting for a Programme Coordinator (Health and Nutrition) based in Turkey. The Programme coordinator (Health and Nutrition) will be responsible of planning, designing, implementing and reviewing all the health and nutrition projects and programmes through the filed team inside Syria and in Turkey in order to achieve the overall organizational goal. S/he will build good working relationships with donors and other INGOs in Turkey and inside Syria. The post holder will develop policies, procedures, and guidelines for the emergency health and nutrition components of a health care programme.
The successful candidate must have substantial demonstrable experience in a similar role and knowledge of administrative functions & experience working with I/NGOs. The candidate will have a good knowledge of designing the projects of emergency health care, trauma, CMAM, SAM, growth monitoring, etc. The post holder will have excellent English, written and spoken is essential. Knowledge of a foreign language (Arabic) or the local language (Turkish) is desirable. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. The job holder will have experience of developing links with INGOs, Government agencies, Institutional donors and other stakeholders.
