This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international, dynamic and fast-paced legal team which is at the heart of IRW’s international relief and development efforts helping the most in need across the world.
We are looking for someone who could volunteer for 3-6 months (ideally one day a week, with flexibility) and apply their legal skills to provide high quality professional legal
Key responsibilities include:
Assist the Legal team on any other matters which arise including:
• contract / commercial/ employment,
• property,
• IP and corporate / registration matters
The ideal candidate would have:
· To have completed the Legal Practice Course (Essential)
· Previous experience working in the charity sector or a legal environment
· Previous experience of drafting or reviewing contracts
· Experience in legal issues (other than contracts)
· Experience of working in a team to deliver a project
