The Humanitarian Development Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, highly-motivated, dynamic Talent and Programme Coordinator. Reporting to the Head of Programmes you will have overall operational responsibility for the Talent Programmes. The post holder will be expected to provide coordination of the implementation of a range of programmes including the recruitment of graduate interns and trainees and their support. The person must have an understanding of HR principles and a keen interest on talent development. The post holder will contribute significantly to the coordination of key programmes, liaising with the various divisions and field offices of Islamic Relief worldwide and will be responsible for the financial management and delivery of the programmes.
