Salary: UK - £37,766 per annum / Where IR has an office outside of the UK - £28,098 - £30,213 per annum

IRW’s International Programmes Division is actively recruiting for the position of ‘OCWS Compliance Coordinator' to join its dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Compliance Coordinator (CC), this individual will design, execute, and oversee compliance activities. They will track and report on these activities, provide advice and guidance to management, and ensure that the organization maintains the highest level of compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
A significant portion of the role will involve traveling to IR country offices to troubleshoot and resolve significant incidents as they arise.
The successful candidate must have or be:
- Compliance and/or audit experience
- Ability to challenge and influence change.
- Analytical thinking and ability
- Strategic thinking
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Give direction to ensure change is followed through.
- Good command of English language (written and spoken)
- A graduate degree
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience of and commitment to a participatory, supportive, open environment to ensure the learning and compliance.
