IRW is currently recruiting for the position of ‘Treasury Operations Manager' to join its dynamic Treasury team. The post holder will support the Head of Treasury in providing a first class treasury service to the group, with the direct responsibility for the oversight and supervision of daily treasury operations, liquidity management and investments.
The successful candidate must have or be:
• Qualified in accountancy (or equivalent), with a specialism in Banking and/or Treasury
• Sound demonstrable Treasury operations experience, ideally within a multi-currency treasury context
• Experience of foreign exchange risk mitigation.
• Experience of developing treasury reports and dashboards for management
• Prior knowledge and experience of payment processing, ideally within an international environment
• Proven experience of negotiating and managing banking partners, and an ability to understand the impact of regulatory change.
• Experience of managing compliance around banking mandates, treasury policies & procedures and banking documentation regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with the functionality of a SWIFT-based treasury management system and its interface with banks, financial management systems and currency trading portals would be an advantage
• Recommends and implements process improvements; develops and encourages new and innovative solutions
• The ability to operate within a fast-changing environment: with an adaptable, flexible and supportive approach
