Background
Islamic Relief Worldwide is an international non-government and non-profit organization having headquarter in Birmingham UK. Established in 1984, IRW is working in more than 30 Countries around the world, providing humanitarian aid during emergencies and working for longer term development of world’s poorest people. Recently (since March 2017) moves its base office in Philippines from Cebu to Cotabato which is center for BARMM (Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao) government. This shifting as result of prioritizing Mindanao specifically BARMM region to focus for IRW-PH humanitarian and development work by its country strategy 2017-21. IRW-PH already started its humanitarian work through food distribution to Marawi conflict and initiated development work in Magundanao province focusing on livelihood, WASH and DRR. Apart from humanitarian and development work IRW-PH also operates seasonal programme such as Ramadan, eid gift and Qurbani programme.
Key deliverable:
Maintain inventory of Material and /or Database information, such as, computer related equipment, communication equipment, training materials, and other IT related,
Maintain Logistics or Archives of Information, such as computer related Logs, Directories, Asset Registered, reports, etc,
Support in the deployment/ dissemination of standard, material, such as, computer hardware/ or software, applications, programs, directories, telephone and training materials.
Support in the maintenance of the systems and equipment by carrying out routine tasks, such as, banking up data, removing viruses and bad data.
Setting up Multifunction printer for printer sharing and scanning for all staff (Main Printer)
Ensure laptops Diagnostics and repair
Setup and configure file server.
Perform other related duties as required by the line manager
