Philippines: OFFICE DRIVER (For Filipino Nationals only)

Purpose:
The Driver will provide reliable and safe driving services to IRW officials and visitors ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity, sense of responsibility, excellent knowledge of protocol and security issues. The Driver also is expected to demonstrate a client-oriented approach, courtesy, confidentiality, tact and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Drives IRW office vehicle safely and follow the country traffic signals and other rules and regulations mandated by Philippine law;
2. Drives vehicle on designated routes in accordance with time schedules assigned by supervisor
3. When assigned, transports passengers on field trips and outside field/city area;
4. Maintains vehicle records including vehicle safety and maintenance checks, vehicle logs, and others as required;
5. Notifies supervisor of any safety and/or maintenance concerns;
6. Ensures that usage of vehicle follows IRW policies and guidelines;
7. Maintains internal and external cleanliness of the vehicle;
8. Complete daily safety and maintenance checks of vehicle;
9. Perform minor maintenance, repair and cleaning work on vehicle; fuel vehicle (fueling, replacing, bulbs, adding fluids, etc.);
10. Ensure proper day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes and water levels, car washing, etc. so that the vehicle is always kept clean and in good running condition; and
11. Other tasks that may be assigned by Supervisor from time to time.
