JOB SUMMARY:
An excellent opportunity for a fresh HR graduate who wants to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources.
The intern during these 3-6 months will assist Human Resources department by maintaining records and information and assist on the day to day HR activities regarding staff records in the Country Office ensuring proper maintenance of necessary documentation and monitoring of staff filling system by applying a sound tracking system for missing document.
Intern will get opportunity to learn different aspects of HR by actually doing them. There will be free learning and development opportunities formal and informal that will also be provided to the intern.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
Will learn and assist in maintaining IR staff screening records and screening process for all new recruitments
Will understand how to update all staff files (national & international) and insure their completion in accordance with the PCF contents lists.
Will learn and maintain HR general filing system and keep them up to date and well organized.
Will learn and maintain leave records and actual utilization of entitlement.
Will learn and prepare and monitor daily attendance sheet.
Will learn how to coordinate and organize training activities.
Will learn and maintain and update training records for all staff in their personnel files and in the system.
Will assist in arranging Orientation schedules for new staff.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
SPECIAL NOTE:
The intern holding this job must expect that his /her performance will be measured in part against the standards set forth in his/ her JD However, the JD is subject to revision to further the consistent with positions level of responsibilities may be necessary to fulfill IR objective in the country.

General: Keep review and inspect CO staff confidential files & records.

Education and Competencies:
Fresh Graduate up to Master degree level
Willing to learn and open to share his or her ideas
Willing to assist in HR related activities
Accept and abide by the IRW Values and principles
Good IT skills
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Strong organizational Skills and can do attitude
Understanding and theoretical knowledge of HR practices and principles
