We are currently recruiting for a Grants Manager who will be based in Erbil, Iraq. The Grants Manager will support the Iraq team with its growing portfolio, developing relationships with organisations and funding agencies, with the aim of generating funds and securing projects through grant and bid applications and managing such grants. The job holder is required to work closely with the Iraq senior management team and IR headquarters desk, head of region and relevant departments programme funding and partnership and the quality assurance team.
The successful candidate must have substantial experience of working with INGOs. The post holder will have experience in developing concept papers, proposals (LFA, risk matrix, stakeholder analysis, needs assessments) and bids.. Excellent English, written and spoken is essential. Knowledge of a foreign language (Arabic) and local language is desirable.
*National candidates are encouraged to apply but will have a competitive salary package.
